Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued as long as the appointment has been cancelled 72 hours prior to the appointment. After this time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later time, and payment will be kept for that service.

Regarding Cleanings: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, Spellbound Cleanings will re-clean the areas of concern within 24-48 hours of notifying us about the issue, at no additional cost to you.
